Sam Lau

Sam serves as CCO, Service Providers. He manages all aspects of the value and interests of Niometrics’ telco clients, including commercial strategy, product delivery and business operations. He is also a key driver in charting the company’s expansion strategy in existing and new markets. With a focus on clients’ success, Sam is responsible for building and managing client-facing teams, from sales to account and project managers, ensuring that all Niometrics products and services are delivered to high-quality standards. Based in Singapore, Sam leads more closely the Client Partnership teams in the APAC and ANZ regions.

Sam has over 2 decades of experience leading client and sales management roles in the technology sector, serving some of the largest communications service providers across Asia Pacific. Sam’s expertise in the telecommunications industry has been key in understanding clients’ needs, as well as discerning clients’ requirements for their respective markets.

Prior to Niometrics, Sam was VP of Sales at Polystar OSIX AB, where he led and managed sales strategies across Asia Pacific. Earlier, he spent eleven years at Agilent Technologies, holding various managerial positions across procurement, supply chain management, sales, service and support management.

Sam holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
